Step 1
Log into your hosting control panel at http://www.YOURSITE.com/cpanel

Under the section marked "Email" click "Manage Accounts" You will now see a list of all your current email accounts.

At the bottom of this page you will see a link called "Add Account" click this.

in the firt input box type in the prefix of the email account this is the part that comes before the @ symbol. If you only use one domain name you will not be able to change what comes after the @.
Step 5 (Only if you have multiple domain names for the same site)
If your site has more than one domain, maybe it has one without dashes between the words and one with, we recommend for email you use the domain without dashes for email addresses. In this case you need to make sure you select this domain from the drop down box after the @ symbol.
Step 6
Type in the password for this email account.
Step 7
Set the quota for this email account. This is how much space the mail box will have before it is full. We recommend you leave this at the standard setting of 10MB this is more than enough for most email accounts. Remember the space you use for email accounts comes off your total space in your hosting account.
Step 8
Click "Create" and the email account will be created.
Important notes
Whether you use our own webmail system for your email or you use a program like outlook express the user name for the email account you just created is the FULL email address.
For example if you created an email account Support@Yoursite.com then the username for that email account is Support@Yoursite.com not just support.
