The order times on my orders are wrong what can I do about it?

You have to rtemember that our servers run in timezone GMT therefore you need to tell cubecart you are in a different time zone to have your local time included with orders. You do that as follows:

 

1. Find out how many hours behind or in front of GMT you are

2. Log into your cubecart admin and click "general settings" in the left nav.

3. Scroll down to the time settings section and you will see a box called "Time Offset:"

4. In this box you need to enter either a positive or negative value in SECONDS. If for exampe you are 1 hour in front of GMT then you would simply enter 3600 which is 1 hour in seconds. If you are 1 hour behind you would enter -3600.

5. Click update settings.


Your order times and dates will now match your local time.
