There are two ways of creating printed records of your invoices from 2001 web.

Printing The HTML Invoice

This is possibly the easiest method which you can do as follows:

1. Log into your client area here. (link opens in new window turn any pop up blockers off)
   
   
2. In the left navigation click the "my invoices" link to see a list of your invoices.
   
3. Now click "view invoice" next to the invoice you wish to print.
   
4. Now on your keyboard hold down the "Ctrl" key and press "P" on your keyboard. This will open your printer window and allow you to print the invoice.

Downloading Your Invoices

Optionally you can download a pdf file of any invoice to your PC.

Before you do this you will need adobes reader to open the pdf files you can download Adobe Reader free of charge here. (link opens in new window turn any pop up blockers off)

Then do the following:

1. Log into your client area here. (link opens in new window turn any pop up blockers off)
   
   
2. In the left navigation click the "my invoices" link to see a list of your invoices.
   
3. Now click "view invoice" next to the invoice you wish to print.
   
4. Look at the very bottom of the invoice page you will see a link "Download" click this to download that invoice to your PC in PDF format.
   
5. Once downloaded just double click the invoice to open it using adobe reader. From within the program you can then print the invoice.

Either of these methods will give you permanent records of your payments to 2001 web. Sorry but we do not send paper invoices to our clients.
