Do you offer support for other peoples scripts or programs?
| No, unfortunately we do not, we only offer script installation. You should always contact the writer of any script if you are having issues.
If we install any other script for you that you have purchased, it will be installed as instructed by the authors. If you get no joy from the script writers we can have our php programmers look at it for you, however that will involve you paying their usual hourly rate. If you need help with a script you can contact us by submitting a ticket. |
