First of all check that you are using the actual email address as the user name. If the email adress is admin@yoursite.com the username is not just 'Admin' it is the full email address.

Remember that all passwords are case sensitive.

If all else fails you can always log into your control panel at

http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel

In the email section click "Manage Accounts" then "change pass" to reset your password if you forget it.
