Log into your store admin and look in the left navigation for the link titled

"Site Documents"

Click it and you can add or remove documents there.

All documents you add are automatically added to the navigation of your site unless you have the "show/hide" modification installed.

It is fairly straight forward, the built in text editor is very easy to use.

Note: If you wish to add pages but not have them show up in the navigation you can purchase the "show/hide site documents" modification from your clients area.
