Hide Basket When Empty

Product Information
This is a nice cosmetic modification. It will hide the shopping cart unless the shopper adds something to their basket. As soon as an item is added then the basket will appear on the left.

If the client has not added an item to their basket then the shopping cart does not show keeping the left navigation tidy.
