By default when you add pages to your store from admin those pages are automatically listed in your sites main navigation under site documents.

This is not very good if you want to create things like thank you pages or special hidden pages just for your clients.

This modification allows you to decide whether or not site documents appear in the navigation menu. It also allows you to re-order the menu.
