This product is for 2001 web hosting clients only

If you wish us to install an SSL security certificate to your site purchase this product.

The cost of this service is £45 each year.

The certificate we purchase on your behalf will be from Go Daddy at £15 ($30) per year we use go daddy as their certificates are affordable, trusted and work with all browsers.

The service includes the following:

We will set up your domain and hosting account ready for SSL

We will generate a certificate signing request for your site from our server

We will go to Go Daddy with the certificate signing request and order your certificate

Once we receive the certificate from Go Daddy we will install it for you.

Please note if you ever leave our hosting you will need to purchase a new certificate for your new server these are not transferable.

The renewal for the certificate next year will be £45. The reason being with cpanel we will have to remove your expired certificate and start the install process again for the new certificate.

PLEASE NOTE THE TWO FOLLOWING POINTS THEY ARE VITAL:

1. You must make sure that the email address associated with your domain is up to date. This is the email address that your domain registrar has on file for you. The reason for this is that before we can install your certificate Godaddy will send an authorization email to that address to check that we are authorized to do the ssl on your behalf. If you do not confirm this then Go Daddy will not issue the certificate.

2. To add an SSL certificate to your site you must have a dedicated Ip address To order a dedicated Ip address or an ssl certificate do the following:

Log into your client admin panel here

Click "my websites"

Click "The View Details "Button next to the site you wish to add your certificate to

Click this link "Click to view available addons"

Check dedicated ip address and ssl certificate and order. We will then change the ip address of your site. Please note that this may cause temporary down time for your site while the new ip address propagates.
