Outrageous Items

Four years ago, I found 2001 Web and transferred two of my websites to them. I opened up another 3 websites and on numerous occasions I have had the need 2001 Web's technical help. I would have been lost if they hadn't cared about their customers so much.

On one occasion I had a problem where I could receive but not send emails. The 2001 web support team were there on chat and even telephoned me to talk through some tests to try and find out what was wrong. Eventually they established it was my internet provider that had started blocking port 25 which is used to send email (without telling me of course).

Even though this was a problem with my internet provider and not with my email accounts at 2001 web,  a member of the support team (Gary) worked with me patiently until we got everything resolved by  him opening a different port on the 2001 web servers so that I could once again send out emails.

I have NEVER received service that could begin to compare to what you get with 2001 Web...my previous hosts were not even close! Feel free to contact me if you want a review of this company in person. 2001 Web looks out for their customers period! If you take their service here, you'll never want to leave.

I orginally hosted my site with Ruby Lane. 2001 web were recommended to me and I sent them an email to which they responded immediately. Within a week they had not only moved but completely redesigned my site. During the transfer I was taken into hospital, and despite me not being online the job was done when I returned home.
